1970 Letter to Revere from his Brother re: R/L Real Estate - Personally Autographed to YOU by Mark

This is an original, vintage letter dated April 10, 1970, written to Paul Revere by his brother and real estate agent Sky Dick, regarding the sale of a piece of land owned by Mark and Paul 50/50 as Revere-Lindsay Investments. That was the partnership they formed in 1968 to invest in real estate in Idaho.

The letter shows that, as with other properties, although Mark and Paul bought and owned their properties jointly, for "some reason" the deed was put in Paul's name along with his wife as the time, Sharon, and not Mark's. (Other properties were deeded to Paul Revere alone...all of this despite the fact that Mark had an attorney who was supposed to be looking out for BOTH parties' interests, not just Paul's.)

The "Bob Brent" that he references is Mark and Paul's attorney at the time...who Mark sued in the 1990s and obtained a settlement from.
