1972 Original Golden Girls Sometimes BMI Registration - Personally Autographed to YOU by Mark

This is Mark Lindsay's ORIGINAL carbon copy of a Publisher's Clearance Form submitted by his publishing company (Boom Music), by his secretary Bunny Baran, to the performing rights society BMI, so that he and Keith Allison would be paid for radio airplay. This has Bunny's original signature in blue ink. The document was stamped received by BMI on March 2, 1972, with a purple stamp from the Index Department. It is double-sided, on heavy bond paper, and measures 8-1/2" x 11".

As with any vintage documents, there may be creases, file holes, staple holes, age spots, etc. Please examine photos carefully. Any major defects will be noted in the listing.
