Mark Lindsay Signed Songwriters Contract TOO MUCH TALK Vintage 1968 - Personally Autographed to YOU by Mark

This is an ORIGINAL Songwriter's Contract for the Raiders' song TOO MUCH TALK, dated January 8, 1968 between Boom Music (owned by Mark Lindsay), and Mark Lindsay as songwriter.  The contract is signed by the Raiders' attorney's office secretary E. Sharon Kinney on behalf of Boom, and under it, Mark Lindsay has signed in blue ink.

Too Much Talk was the first song that Mark officially produced for the Raiders, and it was released as a single, as well as in a slight variation on the Something Happening album. The single charted at #19 on Billboard's Hot 100 and #11 on Cashbox. And everyone at Columbia Records (not to mention Mark) breathed a sigh of relief that the new producer was gonna do ok!

The contract is printed back-to-back on one 8-1/2" x 11" page. Like all vintage paperwork, there may be age spots, staple holes, etc. Please examine photos carefully.

We will include a logo card (4"x6") as shown below, which Mark will PERSONALLY AUTOGRAPH to the name of your choice with the nomenclature "original 1968 Too Much Talk contract". He will not sign the contract to you UNLESS you let us know within 24 hours that you want that as well. Please make sure we confirm any special request so you know we got it.
