Vintage 1982/84 Revere-Lindsay Real Estate and Raider Album Controversy Document Set - With Card Personally Autographed to YOU by Mark Lindsay

These are the ORIGINAL documents (set of 24) in relation to a blow-up between Mark Lindsay and Paul Revere in 1982/83. (If you click on the first picture above, page one of a letter sent to Paul, you can get the idea, which is explained more fully with the other 23 documents.)

Paul had asked Mark to produce a new Raider album with Michael Bradley on vocals, but was upset when labels were only interested if Mark was singing. He then refused to make any other attempts to sell the album, leaving Mark in the hole about $10k with no way to recoup the money. Mark was in a precarious position financially and this caused him to lose his home to foreclosure.

At the same time, Mark and his ex-father-in-law/attorney Sam Zagon discovered that Paul had withdrawn more than $40,000 for himself from the joint Revere-Lindsay Real Estate account without authorization, and had also used property that Mark owned 50% of as collateral for personal loans.

Mark had received distributions of about $4000 from their joint publishing company, but as we found out in the 1990s, this represented only a tiny part of more than $500,000 in songwriter royalties that he was actually owed at the time. The accountants provided false information for this disagreement.

The documents include:

• 2 page synopsis by Deb (before all the songwriter royalties actually owed were calculated, showing that after his father-in-law "negotiated a settlement", Mark actually came out worse than he started out
  
  
• 4 small pieces of Zagon's notes/calculations, some on the back of Zagon's checks
  
  
• 10 large pieces of Zagon's notes/calculations, some on the back of Zagon's checks
• 5 pages regarding the agreement and calculations on the new Raider album
• 3 page letter from Zagon to Paul Revere re: the issues, with a 2-page list of other contracts mentioned

Please examine the pictures carefully. Like most vintage memorabilia, they have some flaws, but nothing that isn't evident in the picture.
